Product systems
Stabilisation, workflows and foundations that teams can extend.
About me
I’m a Senior Product Designer and HCI practitioner with experience across enterprise software, identity, learning, travel, healthcare and visual systems.
I begin by making the problem landscape visible: user needs, business pressure, technical constraints, organisational context and the evidence connecting them.
From there, I turn ambiguity into a system that teams can reason about—then make that system understandable, accessible and engaging for the people using it.
Brand, graphic and 3D work broaden my visual vocabulary, but product clarity remains the centre of the practice.
Evidence-linked character sheet
The fantasy language is a navigation aid—not a substitute for professional evidence.
Stabilisation, workflows and foundations that teams can extend.
Agent autonomy, explainability, conversational flows and meaningful control.
Evidence synthesis, ethnography, experiments and cognitive ergonomics.
Identity and interaction craft used to make systems distinctive and coherent.
Working principles
Separate facts, interpretations, proposals and outcomes so a case study remains credible.
Consider states, permissions, content, errors, accessibility, maintenance and change—not only the ideal flow.
Animation should explain hierarchy and continuity. It should never make essential content harder to reach.
Intelligent and agentic experiences should expose intent, status, consequences and meaningful escape routes.
Personal compass
Swimming informs patience and rhythm. Football sharpens how I see systems and coordination. Mythology, fantasy, anime and role-playing games feed the Atlas’s sense of exploration—subtly, without turning the portfolio into fan decoration.
Take the Agent Trust Lab side questA small easter egg
“Make the system visible before making it beautiful.”
